Purpose of use, service content
Under the guidance of highly qualified doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation staff (physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists),
We set goals according to each individual situation, and in collaboration with other care workers, nutritionists, dental hygienists, etc.
We practice active independence support rehabilitation and care.
The living room is a unit type private room, so there is a shared space like a living room at home and a private room where you can protect your privacy.
There are two spaces. Each room is equipped with a sink, chest, TV stand, etc. for a comfortable stay.
I hope you have a good time. You can also enjoy interacting with other users in the shared space.
Service target
Those who have been certified as requiring long-term care 1 to 5 under long-term care insurance.
・Those who have been discharged from the hospital and find it difficult to live at home immediately (we aim to return home as soon as possible)
・Those who wish to enter a facility to live a better life at home and recover their functionality through inpatient rehabilitation.
・Those who want to move in for a specific period of one month or more, such as summer, winter, or busy farming season.
・Persons waiting to enter a special nursing home
・Persons whose family cannot provide care at home
・Those who desire terminal care (nursing/nursing care at the end of life) or peaceful end-of-life care (natural death)
