A care support specialist (care manager) will assess the physical and mental condition and living environment of the person requiring care.
We will create a care plan according to the wishes of the patient and their family.
・Service introduction
We will introduce you to a variety of nursing care services and nursing care facilities in response to inquiries from you and your family.
We will also contact and make arrangements when using the service.

・Consultation regarding nursing care
